1. General Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If we fail to initiate services as agreed in the contract
- Project Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel before any work has begun
- Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to terminate the project
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Work has already been completed or partially completed
- You change your mind after work has commenced
- Services have been delivered as per the agreed scope
- Digital products have been delivered (websites, software, designs)
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain, hosting, ads, etc.)
- Monthly retainer services after the billing cycle has started
3. Digital Marketing Services
For our digital marketing services:
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- Monthly management fees are non-refundable for the current month
- Ad spend budgets are non-refundable once campaigns are live
- You may cancel future months with 30 days written notice
4. Software & Web Development
For development projects:
- Initial deposits are non-refundable once development has started
- Milestone payments are non-refundable for completed milestones
- If project is cancelled mid-way, you pay for work completed to date
- No refunds for completed and delivered projects
5. Event Management Services
For event management:
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of event
- Vendor payments made on your behalf are non-refundable
- Cancellation fees apply based on how close to the event date
6. Accounting Services
For accounting services:
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable
- One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- You may cancel future services with 30 days written notice
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Submit your request in writing to accounts@asritaya.com
- Include your project reference number and reason for refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
- We will respond within 10 business days
8. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- We encourage open communication to resolve issues
- You may request escalation to a senior manager
- We aim to find mutually agreeable solutions
